Graffiti : Oundle Road, 10th March 2015 Despite many previous reports there is a measurable amount of 'old' graffiti to be seen along the length of Oundle Road. In order to combat graffiti it is recommended that it be removed without delay. This requires that the streets are regularly monitored, graffiti is reported and recorded, then promptly over-painted or removed. The responsibility to remove (or have removed) graffiti should be communicated without delay to owners of street furniture and also any other structures, bridges, walls, fences etc which are not the Council's property. Further monitoring is required to ensure that when graffiti has been reported it is subsequently removed or obliterated without long delays occurring. This is presently not being done, as the dated reports on http://peterbourough.blogspot.co.uk/?view=mosaic and HTTPS://WWW.fixmystreet.com/reports/Peterborough clearly show.
This typical example of 'utility-box graffiti' is on Oundle Road, near to the Orton Wistow roundabout (please see map below) :
Please take the necessary steps to ensure that this and all of the rest of the graffiti along Oundle Road, including that on the railway bridge, is removed.
