Graffiti : Wheatdole traffic lights, 10th March 2015. (Please see map below -- There are few traffic-light control-boxes, or other utility-boxes, that do not presently have graffiti on them, although one or two have been over-painted recently.) In order to combat graffiti it is recommended that it be removed without delay. This requires that these boxes are regularly monitored and all graffiti is promptly over-painted or removed. Similarly, the responsibility to remove (or have removed) graffiti should be promptly communicated to owners of street furniture and also any other structures, bridges, walls, fences etc which are not the Council's property. Monitoring is further required to ensure that when graffiti has been identified it is subsequently removed or obliterated without long delays. This is presently not being done, as the dated reports on http://peterbourough.blogspot.co.uk/?view=mosaic and HTTPS://WWW.fixmystreet.com/reports/Peterborough clearly show.
Please remove this graffiti.
